These Terms govern your use of the Ava's Sweet 16 invitation website ("the Site"). This Site and its SMS program are operated by ITmeNOW LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. This Site is a private invitation for a single family event, provided at no cost.
Who can use the Site
The Site is for invited guests. Each invitation link is personal to the named guest and should not be forwarded or shared. Access is by invitation only.
What the Site is for
The Site lets invited guests view event details, RSVP, receive updates, and share content in the guest portal. It is not a commercial service and offers no products for sale.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages on the RSVP form, you agree to receive event updates by SMS. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Text messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
- Attempt to access information about other guests or any non-public part of the Site.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security.
The hosts may remove any content or revoke access at their discretion.
Content you share
You are responsible for content you upload. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to share it. The hosts may display shared content within the guest portal for the purpose of the event.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the hosts are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site.
